The equipment includes: 1. Feeding machine, 2. Cleaning machine, 3. Spray water removal feeding machine, 4. Water removal machine, 5. Water removal discharge machine, 6. Rapid drying machine.

Equipment Description: 1. Vibration Feeding Machine: Made entirely of stainless steel. A filter screen is installed on the upper part of the hopper, and the raisins are evenly sieved through two vibration motors. If there are lumps, they are kneaded open and leaked. When feeding, adjust the speed of the speed control motor to adjust the feeding speed, with a power of 1KW and a yield of 0.5-1.5T/H. Features: Uniform feeding and adjustable speed.

2. Cleaning machine: The working principle is to use strong water flow to flush raisins into the pipeline, and then enter the sand and stone separation and cleaning device for cleaning and separation, separating sand, stones, iron and other impurities. The sand is discharged into the filter plate through the stone discharge pipe, and the raisins enter the floating cleaning device. The floating debris overflows from the floating groove into the filter plate, and the raisins enter the next stage. After passing through five levels of cleaning, it enters the spray feeding machine. 3. Spray feeding machine: Its function is to feed the dehydrator. During the feeding process, it is equipped with four sets of clear water spray pipes to ensure that the raisins entering the dehydrator are very clean. Power of 1.5KW.

4. Dehydrator: Raisins are squeezed up and down by a specially designed soft water absorbing rubber roller with 4 levels, fully absorbing the moisture on the surface and inside the wrinkles of the raisins. Then, the water is squeezed out through the squeezing device. Features: Compared with other forms of spin dryers, the water absorption is thorough, the raisins are undamaged, and continuous feeding and discharging are possible. Power of 2.2KW.

5. Dehydration and discharge machine: Its function is to lift raisins from the bottom of the dehydrator and send them to the dryer, with a power of 0.75KW. At this point, the feeding from the cleaning machine to the dryer takes about 50 seconds.

6. Quick drying machine: This machine adopts an imported high-pressure constant temperature air pump for air intake. The air pump generates a large amount of heat energy on its own, without the need for additional heat sources, which is efficient and energy-saving. It uses a 20-30 degree air knife for air drying, and the residual air is circulated internally by an axial flow fan to fully utilize the heat energy. It can dry the skin moisture within 3-4 minutes and maintain the color of the product unchanged.
